Monday 9.30 - 11.00 am
Wednesday 6.30 - 8.00 pm
New 5 week blocks start week commencing Monday 16th June.
Classes are on a course basis, usually 5 weeks (cost £55). Courses may be joined at any time if space is available. Pay as you go £14.00 per class, booking recommended to guarantee your place. All classes are 90 minutes duration.

Yoga classes are for adults aged 18 and over in general good health.
Beginner classes are aimed at complete beginners or as a refresher for those who have not attended classes for some time. This class is best to learn Yoga from scratch to build a good foundation in Yoga.
General/All level are mixed ability classes suitable for all. Beginners who are relatively fit are welcome too.
The over 60's class is a gentler class, aimed at the less mobile. Also suitable for younger participants who want to work at a slower pace.
